Director/Lady Select Head Coach
Frankie Lewis is the founder of Strong Quality Basketball. Coach Lewis has coached and mentored young people for more than 15 years, and takes pride in the fact his athletes have succeeded in life as well as athletics. Following his playing days at Madison County High School, Coach Lewis had a vision to provide the young people of Central Virginia and surrounding areas an outlet to gain extra exposure to colleges and collegiate athletics through competitive travel basketball. Coach Lewis' teams have won State Tournaments, numerous Invitational titles, qualified for National Championship Tournaments, and placed players on college rosters. Coach Lewis' vision for SQBA remains the same today as when he founded the program in 1996. That is for SQBA to be the Elite program not only in Virginia but in the country. Coach Lewis is currently the Assistant Junior Varsity Boys Coach at Woodberry Forest School. Coach Lewis resides in Madison County.
